RICARDO MOSCA – Drums

Ricardo Mosca Graduated in music at Unicamp (Sao Paulo), and studied at the Musicians Institute in Hollywood and at The Collective, in New York City.

In Brazil, he is the drummer of one of the most famous brazilian instrumental group known as Pau Brasil. He also plays with Mani Padme Trio (with cuban pianist Yaniel Matos and bassist Zeca Assumpção). Other current projects are the famous singer Monica Salmaso, Nelson Ayres Trio, Hammond Grooves Trio and german singer Celine Rudolph.

He played with several artists such as André Mehmari, André Abujamra, Luciana Mello, Ceumar, Celine Rudolph, Campinas Symphonic Orquestra (where he did projects with Hermeto Pascoal and Wagner Tiso), among others.

WALTER LACERDA – Flute

Walter Lacerda He began his transverse flute studies in 1970 with João Dias Carrasqueira, besides having studied with Gracie Bush, Hélcio Latorre, Toninho Carrasqueira and Roberto Sion. He began working with popular music in São Paulo at the age of 18 together with Gilberto Varella and since then has played with Beth Sá, Canto a Canto Group, Fernando Carvalho, Miriam Mirah, Lula Barbosa, Filó Machado, Grupo Rayes, Saulo Laranjeira, Carlinhos Antunes, Antonio Mineiro, Trovadores Urbanos, Christianne Neves and Fabiana Cozza.


MARCELO CALDERAZZO - Double-bass

Marcelo Calderazzo As double-bass player, he has already played with Baião de 4, Falamansa, Carlos Fernando, Adyel Silva, Tutty Baê and Soma Group, among others. He participated in several sound tracks for theater such as “Only for Rare and Crazy People” (Bertolt Brecht) – Dir. Gílson Filho, “Perdoa-me por me traíres” (Nelson Rodrigues) – directed by Gílson Filho; “Boca de Ouro” (Nelson Rodrigues) – directed by Gílson Filho; “A Serpente” (Nelson Rodrigues) – Dir. Gílson Filho; “The Balcony” (Jean Genet) – directed by Abílio Guedes/Gílson Filho; “With me no, guitar” – (Jean Cocteau) – directed by Beatriz Azevedo; “Cosmos” – directed by Juan Castiglione - Festival Internacional de Teatro de Campinas and “Pollyana” (H. Porter) – directed by Andréa Paola Prado – Rio de Janeiro; “Pensandoenti” (Alexandre Reineck).


BETO ANGEROSA - Percussion

Beto Angerosa Drummer and percussionist, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from USP (University of São Paulo), Beto has been doing creative work and research on traditional percussion, mainly, in the different languages of ethnic/folkloric music. He performs regularly in Brazil, Europe (Portugal, at the Évora- Classic Évora Festival, Lisbon and Spain - Madrid), and in French Guiana (Danse la Ville Festival), besides the Instrumental Music Festival of Salvador, SESC Instrumental Paulista, Art Project of Africa (with the Senegalese Bayfall, at the CCBB. Some artists with whom he has already recorded/played, include: Sizão Machado, Tom Zé, Romero Lubambo, Ulisses Rocha, Yamandu Costa, Agustin Carbonell “Ël Bola”, Fortuna, Antonio Heyes, Joaquin Cortes, Belen Fernandez, Alfonso Losa (Spain), Hassam Hackmoun (Morocco), Saeid Shanbe Zadeh (Iran), Bayfall (Senegal) , Pepe Cisneros (Cuba). He launched the CDs Alaire Flamenco, Flamenco! and ‘Nights of Spain’.
